Four complete production lines.
Over a nine-month programme, AZH managed all lift-and-shift activities and the ingress of the machinery, as well as decommissioning, dismantling, removal, transport, reinstallation, layout modification and commissioning of four complete production lines for a prestigious soft-drinks manufacturer.
Site complexity
Heavy lifts from the fourth floor.
Two production lines were located on the factory’s fourth floor. The work required specialist scaffolding designed for 30 tonnes per square metre and 250-tonne cranes to lower the equipment, including fillers weighing up to 15 tonnes.
Coordination & delivery
Work carried out around live production.
AZH coordinated closely with the client and site safety teams throughout the project. The work was delivered on schedule, with production continuing unaffected around the work areas.
