Complete production line installation
AZH project-managed the installation of a complete 225-metre production line for a prestigious alcoholic beverage producer.

Engineering and delivery.
AZH managed all lift-and-shift activities and the ingress of the machinery, alongside mechanical and electrical installation, system integration and commissioning. The line included a front-end cap feed system; an empty-bottle de-shrouding machine with hydraulic baler; a depalletiser; accumulation conveyors; a combined rinser, filler and capper; a labeller; Dynac accumulation spirals; a casepacker with automated blank feeding; a high-level palletiser; pallet conveyors; and a pallet wrapper.

The 225-metre line was installed as an integrated production system, with its machinery and conveying equipment coordinated through to commissioning and handover.
